Summary

The Project Coordinator works in the Project Management portfolio, reporting to the Manager of Project Management. Under the direction of the Project Manager, this role works closely with the Construction Supervisors and Operations to share information for development and the submission of information to the client.

The Project Coordinator role is responsible for the day-to-day administration for project-based submissions, including but not limited to: project schedule, change management log/documentations, RFI submissions and tracking, document control, quantity accruals, invoice, cash flow, and forecast updates, client reports preparation, and logistics management.

Qualifications

  • College or University Degree are an asset for this role. Related experience can be taken into consideration.

Experience

  • This work requires 5 or more years in a project-based role. Design Build Experience is a positive factor in Iconic Power Systems project work.

Duties

  • Preparation/update of Project Schedules utilising Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 software.
  • Maintain tidy and accurate project documentation.
  • Interact with the client in a manor which fosters strong client satisfaction ratings.
  • Ensure Project Work is completed on time and in a manor fitting to the reputation of the company.
  • Ensure Project Managers have adequate support to produce accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with design consultants and utilities. Facilitate or attend various external site and project related meetings.
  • Facilitate or attend all internal project meetings such as project handoffs, kickoffs, and reviews.
  • Monitor project budget, costs, and scope. Follow change control processes and issue change orders as required.
  • Other duties as required.

  • Ensuring every team member gets home safely.
  • Ensuring all Iconic projects are accurate and are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Maintaining relationships with customers, consultants, and colleagues.
