BACKGROUND (PRE-PROJECT COMMENCEMENT)
Iconic Power Systems Inc. (IPS) completed civil work on the 170L Urgent Line Clearance Mitigation project. IPS created access and set culverts for new structures on the partial rebuild of the 170 line in the Crowsnest Pass.
ACTION (ICONIC’S SCOPE & DELIVERY)
IPS’s Scope of Work for various structures included:
- Preparation of access road
- Stripping topsoil and subsoil and cutting in access
- Excavation and installation of culverts
- Installation of fencing and gates
- Installing grounding
Reclamation/revegetation activities included:
- Hand-seeding and raking
- Installation of erosion control blankets
- Hydromulching
- Harrow and seed
RESULT / SOLUTION
Project completed on time and on budget.
