THE POWER OF INCLUSION

Mutually beneficial relationships are the power behind our projects.

We know that a better future can only be achieved when all members of the community benefit. Recognizing that every project lies in traditional territory, ICONIC makes every effort to acknowledge the spiritually and culturally significant traditional ties to the land for Indigenous communities. We are pursuing opportunities that help us build stronger, mutually beneficial relationships and ensure our employees, sub-contractors, projects and initiatives are aligned with Indigenous priorities and interests. ICONIC is committed to conducting transparent and proactive engagement with all Indigenous People across Canada. With skill development and training, ICONIC aims to benefit communities through economic reconciliation.
